We're big believers in building; your business, your employees, and your community.
With over seven years marketing and communications experience, four years specialising in the construction industry, and two awards won; we know how to build up a business, how to engage employees and how to get involved in your community for your benefit.
Our founder, Rachel, started her career at a large highways construction business after gaining a 2:1 degree in Journalism at Southampton Solent University. Within her capacity as a Communications Advisor, she worked closely with local authorities, independent construction businesses, community groups and business owners to grow positive branding and develop client relationships. A personal highlight was working on a Channel 5 documentary on the highways network which aired in 2015, as well as winning two Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Awards for work done in Hampshire in 2014.
After a break to start a family, she founded Teacup Communications in 2018, aimed at filling the gap in Hampshire for communications marketing, particularly in the construction industry, and those looking to increase their CSR work.
